Provide a complete recipient name, address, postcode and working telephone number during checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Most domestic orders arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Remote areas, islands, public holidays and unusually high courier volumes may require additional time.
Processing and Tracking
Tracking details are provided after an order has been prepared and handed to the courier.
The tracking record may not update immediately. The first scan normally appears after the courier processes the parcel.

Information required by the courier, including the recipient name, address and telephone number, may appear on the shipping label.
Address or Order Changes
Contact us as quickly as possible if an order detail or delivery address needs to be corrected.
Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has already been prepared or handed to the courier.
Delayed or Unsuccessful Delivery
Contact us if tracking has not updated or the expected delivery period has passed.
A parcel may be delayed or returned when an address is incomplete, the recipient cannot be reached or delivery is refused.
Damaged Parcels or Incorrect Items
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or contains an incorrect item, keep the product and packaging and contact us promptly.
Include the order number and clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label and affected item so the issue can be reviewed.
